While some people prefer having sweet desserts after meals, others prefer salty desserts. As a fruit lover, I’d prefer to have some fresh juicy fruits after meals. There is a popular proverb that goes “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”, but did you know that apples are surprisingly rich in vitamins and nutrients that are beneficial for our health? In our daily lives, apples are popular and common. They come in a variety of colors, flavors, and shapes. Personally, I prefer red apples over green ones. What about you?
